in a another situation when the 2 teams are equal you won't get the chance to build divine ruin or a damage item , you will have to build more defense (mantle, spectral armor, oni hunter ...) or you will get blown up

There are! I went against a Ne Zha with no movement penalty and always hit his ultimate even when he wasn't in range. It was confirmed that he was a cheater.
