I just noticed your recent vlogs today, and I am upset with myself for not watching them sooner lol. But it’s great to see you posting again. Every time I watch these they have this homey vibe to me and they help me clam down from school and personal stress. You are my favorite artist and you actively help me when it comes to getting more confident with my own art when I lost it. Sorry for rambling lol just great to have ya back🤘🏾✨

You’re literally living my dream. I can only imagine how stressful and draining your job must be, but even so it seems like so much fun. And Jay seems like the most amazing best friend in the world. I’m going to vent a bit here, but I want to kind of explain why your vids are so inspirational for me. I live in a stable home with two loving parents, I have a 4.0, I’ve always been sociable and have good friends. I’ve always been known to have a level head and be well put together. Perfect kid, perfect student, perfect friend. But- I’m gay. Where I live, it’s…not good. My parents are extremely homophobic, and so are the kids at my school. It’s just because of the culture, but hearing the slurs and all of the hatred, it just hurts so freaking much. Mrs. Level-headed-never-sheds-a-tear has cried herself to sleep more times than I can count. I love them so much but I just can’t take it anymore- I just need to leave. All I’ve ever wanted since I was little was to find a smart, string, kind, beautiful girl, marry her, adopt a kid, and raise a family of my own. But here, in a video shown at my school the speaker actually said “homosexuality: something so disgusting they have to cover it in a rainbow and call it love”. I can’t wait to leave this place behind, find good people. When I watch these videos it doesn’t feel all that crazy anymore. (P.s. I don’t like in some third world country, I live in Georgia). Take care Egg… thanks for being there for me through the tough times, even if you don’t know it : )

This comment means the world to me. I know what you're going through, I grew up in small rural communities a lot of my life and the strict Christian values and backwards thinking can infect the people you love most and it's hard to not have control in that kind of environment. I promise that life does get better, someday you'll have the independence to live how you want to and choose who you wanna be. I didn't start my medical transition until I was 23, I didn't meet my best friend until I was 20, I dropped out of school at 21 and now I've transferred to an even better one that i genuinely love at 24. Life has no rules for how soon or how late you live it, and no matter what pace you go your life is your own!!! I'm so excited for you to be able to do all the things you wanna do!
