As a guy that's followed and listened to jelly for like 15years. Everything that is happening to this man and his family is so so very deserved. Jelly not only and quite literally saved my life in the most direct meaning, he's also taught me so much. Jelly rolls music is true chicken noodle soup for the soul. There isn't a more deserving person for this all to have happen to. Jelly Roll talking about those in the church who want to look down on him and judge him reminded me of a scene from "Walk the Line", though I don't know if Johnny Cash really said it or if was just written for the movie: A record company executive says "Your fans are church folk, Johnny. Christians. They don't wanna hear you singing to a bunch of murderers and rapists, tryin' to cheer 'em up." and Johnny replies "Well, they're not Christians, then." I first came across Jelly Roll from watching a reaction viewing of his appearance with Craig Morgan at the Grand Ole Opry - and I was blown away by both of them and the emotion you could see happening on that stage. I've since dived right down the rabbit hole and wish him all the success in the world as well as peace and happiness in his life and in his soul.

As someone who has struggled with Autism, Depersionalization / Derealization, PSTD, and Agoraphobia I spent alot of time in one room for years off and on due to the inability to cope with to much stimulation I can understand your mom I think. I can most definitely relate to being an addict. I struggle years and years trying to walk away from it. I can now say I'm working towards 6 years . There needs to be more treatment places ( Especially inside the walls ) and giving more love and care and understanding towards the people struggling. If American would just listen to people instead of just hearing them . That young man addicted to heroin is someones son , grandson , nephew. That no one listens too.

This Man has got my absolute RESPECT He went to congress and spoke his mind about fentenol and he was bold, and brave!
