I think Alyson has some good points BUT she spends valuable time trying to sell her product, reading the monitor etc. ad nausea. Perhaps she should be less concerned with saying 'you guys' and a lot more time with clarity, succinctness and staying on task. As I said she has some good points but they become convoluted with all the other insignificant stuff. I became restless and slightly irritable watching her. This suggests she may be a good curator but she needs a lot of work on You Tube Tutorials.
