I took 2 years of classes in textile design/surface design 25+ years ago, when it was all done by hand. It is amazing to see it all made so easy to do on an iPad. •There is so much more flow to the design process to be able to work this quickly, and test the results immediately. •Also designing a collection (say, toothbrush holder/water glass/soap dish) would be so much fresher, not get that overworked look, because you can scale, repeat, and move any element or group. How fun. •Thank you for sharing Amanda’s brief intro with us. I can see why it would be good to take a whole class with her. •I’m new to Spoonflower, and ProCreate, and seeing this makes me want to try to make something custom there. Thank you.

This was such a helpful video! How do you ensure that your file is clear enough to upload to Spoonflower? I noticed when I uploaded mine, it looked blurry.

Thank you. This was helpful, but difficult to share the screen with Procreate & KZbin. I paused the tutorial and would work on the pattern. I so wish the iPad was larger than the largest!😂❤

How do you create a repeat for a complicated design.

Same exact steps. The complexity of the shapes doesn’t matter. What matters are the way you clip them on each axis (left, right, up, down).
