Thanks a lot for making this video. This is extremely helpful because what you were able to see were details that went well beyond me. For an example, the reason as to why he did ex-DP after the heavy fuha made sense. I thought he just knew I was gonna jump and immediately did EX-DP there, which threw me off. But now I realize that it is because it is punishable on block. Same as with the light tenserine he did earlier if I were to block it. Funny because I didnt expect him to throw that because he was the one who told me that I shouldnt be throwing that out on block due to it being unsafe on block lol. I spent probably the past hour or so doing the replay takeover of the first match you went over just trying to replicate things you did as well as other things I could do to tighten up my gameplay and I might go into practice mode to see how I can consistently get the drive rush cr.mk meaty combo to work because sometimes I cancel the animation too early and the rest of my buttons whiff due to being too far away. Another thing I realize I need to practice is to hit confirm the light kicks into light tenserine. For some reason the execution for that is still not comfortable, so I will need to work on that some more. One last thing I will need to work on is not throwing out heavy punch or forward heavy punch out soo much. I need to learn how to use medium punch / fwd.mp and cr.mk more often. And obviously, I need to throw more. You are absolutely right about that one. I used to be hesitant about doing it because it felt corny, but since realizing how much the game is centered around it, I came to the realization that this is needed in order to open people up to shimmies and/or pressing buttons so I can whiff punish. Great advice! While its different scenarios in my case i feel like i can apply alot of the same knowledge in my own matches! Especially managing resources like drive vs stocks

I have seen some communities (I won’t say who) who gave me the impression they didn’t want me to keep playing for making mistakes/not learning at the rate I should have (I only had like 80 hours in game). I appreciate how you never make stuff personal and give critiques without making someone feel stupid for asking. I’m a Plat 2 so I wanna try giving a replay for advice. But I admit to being nervous about it😅
