Pointilist Outis is definitely one of the backbones of most bleed teams because bleed count is kinda hard to come by in most bleed teams.

Her and Hook Lu might be the Goats of 00 Bleed, I mostly prefer to use Hook Lu since his application is more consistent (plus he has an Evade Skill which fuels his Coin Power conditionals), but Ring Outis is so much, like Ring Sang, seeing her reroll is a dopamine rush.

barber is frankly better for bleed in it's current state (neobleed/bloodfiends basically just being red charge) as she has better damage overall and supports manager don with the enhanced s2 for AoE and by giving her more hardblood generation per turn, you get about enough count already with nfaust and ringsang

purely? rhino. 4 count on s2 and 6 count on s3. in terms of usability? ringtis since rhino needs charge to work.

Rhino has a total of 10 count but requires both speed and charge whereas ring has 5 count if you just get lucky with her rerolls. Basically, time vs luck/debuffs.
