Thanks so much for these video's. I am in the process of collecting material for my 1st quilt, once I can ever get the top sewn I was wondering how to avoid sewing the 3 layers by hand. Your 4 videos on you kit sure helped me a lot and this video cinched it for me! I will be purchasing one of your kits in the future. I hope you are still making them by then. I may even put the horse before the carriage and purchase a kit before I get the top sewn. Thanks again!!!

Hi, I got the Kit and assembled it. I had the tools around the house. Shopping at Lowes for supplies was easy. I found out my car Toyota Matrix will perfectly hold 10' elec.Conduit! I did it by myself but If you dont have patience, get your handi man. Im soo glad I saved so much money! Im learning how to make Leaders. Oh, ken sends fabric with his Kit. for Leaders or practice?: However its a Nice unexpected offering. Wish me luck!!

Guys, I am on very limited budget. I made my own trolley. and my son gave me a fan shape quilt frame years back and I use it. The frame is a hand quilting frame. but I bought a table to set the trolley on and can slide very easy up and down the table because you are moving the trolley very slow while quilting. This is the way I quilt my quilts. If I extend my frame I just quilt all the quilt that I can on the table, then slide my table down and quilt the last small area. It works well for me. In the future I may get another table and fix the area they connect but for now it works to do quilting for family, friends, and charity.

what I meant to ask is can a king size quilt be basted with this setup? or, would basting be unnecessary? like, can you roll the sandwich and begin hand quilting and/ or can you roll, baste and remove to hand quilt without a frame?

It is funny that all you see is the thumbs up comments. What happened to the thumbs down comment?
