Artists Debjani Hazarika & Narayan Neog of Purple Trope Art House pay tribute to Jadav Payeng

Artists of the Purple Trope Art House in Guwahati gave a tribute to the Forest Man of India - Mr. Jadav Payeng, by painting a mural of himself teaching the children about importance of trees, afforestation and saving animal habitats, as well as, natural resources.
An initiative of an FMCG company in India, the ongoing art project focuses on issues like climate challenge & deforestation. Artists including Debjani Hazarika, Narayan Neog, Nibedita Kalita & Bijoy Krishna Hazarika worked for a week to complete the wall painting which also showcases the flora and fauna, as well as, beautiful landscapes of Assam.
