This video was not necessarily meant as a full-on demo... it's more about Canblaster's view about Osmose, how it blends in electronic music production. But indeed, Jack's demo is awesome too :)

well, for me, the seemingly random and mostly awful noises he produces here showes that you don't need to be an expert keyboard player to enjoy the osmose

We would definitely phrase it differently but we get the idea haha. Canblaster has really pushed the limits of Osmose to create unique/extreme SFXs. We wanted to show that side of the instrument, which can be super efficient in music production and not only for keyboardists.
