can't recommend the artisul site though almost got scammed.. ordered this exact drawing tablet and the package got returned before arriving cuz it was damaged, the support seemed to be mostly korean with basic english knowledge, kept making up fees if i wanted the item to be resend and when requesting a refund. I highly recommend buying via paypal because that's the only reason i got my money back.

Interesting! I hope you don't mind I'd like to pin your comment as a heads up for anyone looking into Artisul. I didn't personally go through their website to get mine as mine was sent to me so I don't have much to say on shipping and customer service but this is good info to know! That definitely doesn't sound great the fact that it was supposedly damaged before it even arrived to you. However I do understand the basic english knowledge part, the person I spoke with worked with the overseas department so I assume they don't have many employees who are fluent or based in the United States. I have also seen their product on Amazon but I know Amazon might not be much better to order from 😓

@@AspenTart yeah it's totally ok! I will add i got it from the european warehouse and maybe it got damaged during delivery or something they didn't really say details, but the internal tracking site they use is all korean and said something went wrong we succesfully sent it back to the warehouse but they kept insisting it was sent to me, then saying if i return it for my own reasons i would have to pay more so yeah.. otherwise i would have loved this drawing tablet it seems really nice for a beginner to transition from paper

May be a year old but omg thank you cjxbdj. I got this tablet after watching this and this'll be my first tablet!!! I had a windows surface pro which wasn't the best to say the least lol. But I'm so glad you made this, I'm so excited to be getting this!!!

GAH the line art is soooo good I siriously cant do line art for the life of me do you have any tips on what type of brush setting to use and what size for my line art?

Some people enjoy cleaner line brushes but I honestly use my painter brushes as line ones! I love the chalky textured brushes and I think they make interesting line work. As for brush size that’s super hard to tell because depending on your canvas size and resolution size can vary! I can work from like a size 5 brush all the way to a size 25 in some cases it just really depends on the style you’re going for and whatnot! Also personal preference plays a huge part of you like ink brushes they give you crisp lines with sharp line weight then you might use a more graphic brush than one made with a chalky texture and no pressure sensitivity. Not sure if this would help much 😅

I personally would recommend the Huion Kamvas 13 tablet, same price Identical looking stand except it seems artisol slapped their logo on it? For some reason that urks me a little but i cant say that artisol ripped huion off 100%. the pen for huion is also batterry free and much nicer. since huion is a reliable brand itll keep updating its drivers where i cant say artisol will. Sorry for dogging on artisol so much but id like viewers to know alternative options before deciding go make their purchase especially if theyre weary of unknown brands

The size of the matte laminate does not = display size the display itself is much smaller as a rule of them id mentally take off 1"-1 1/2" off the sides of the laminate to get a better idea of actually display size

I am so sick of these this is the 20th one I've see in 5 months. Literally every channel is doing this but literally no buy these expensive tablets. Whose crazy enough to spend $500.
