First time commenter, avid watcher; I wanted to comment on Artisul products. I ordered one previously, my first tablet, and it arrived broken. It took them weeks to respond and they refused to send me a replacement and took them a couple of months to refund me. It has now been over a year and its still sitting in its box next to my desk, broken as they never asked for me to return it. I sent them pictures and everything and even the video my husband took of me unboxing it to show it arrived damaged (including me crying cause I was so excited to start drawing digitally). I was not impressed with their customer service, or lack thereof. That was a huge con for me and I've avoided ordering any other products from them. I hope this doesn't happen to others and they have better experiences with them than I did! Happy Drawing!

OMG, that's terrible! u_u I didn't bought anything from this brand, If you want to start with a good tablet not very expensive, in my experience I'd hardly recommend you XP-PEN (Huion also works well, a friend uses one of them and he's very happy with it). They are not expensive (half the price of Wacom at least), have very good quality and the customer service is really good. And also they tend to deliver the tablets in good conditions. ^^u

@@Ksusha_Vulf Kristy. Она выкладывает и работает для иностранной аудитории и запрещает русским писать на русском, типа актив пострадает, но при этом активно пиарится в русском комьюнити. Да, можно зайти в переводчик, но все же не очень приятная ситуация.

эта художница доступно объяснила, почему не стоит писать комментарии на иностранной платформе на русском. она достаточно много сил и времени потратила на комикс, да еще и выложила в бесплатный доступ, чтобы потом просто попросить людей зайти на 3 секунды в гугл транслейт. плюс, на русском комикс выйдет в ближайшее время, если уже не вышел.

i have an Artisul D16, one of the things that annoys me abt it while using clip studio is that the pen sometimes lags, the pointer & the pen tip are not on point & sometimes my pen has a brain of its own

That's not normal at all, sometimes It's just a bad software fighting with the tablet (that used to be super common a couple years ago with cheap drawing tablets) did you get any software update? If not, it's very concerning. Personally, after this video and a couple of comments I will stay away from Artisul products
