I stopped getting stuff online cuz return policy is terrible and they want you to rack up the GC balance!!! they used to price match few years ago and now they are ruthless. No longer VIP member.

@@nunotoiro I once inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Even though it said final sale I called and emailed concierge immediately and left a message explaining my situation. I ended up speaking to concierge on the phone the next day and they were really great about it. I ordered the correct size and they put a note on my account that said I would be able to return the item in store. It was no problem to return when I showed up at the store two weeks later. I am a happy customer.

@@RachelRachel haha yeah exactly! The amount you actually spend determines your tier. But to qualify it’s really not that much in Aritzia terms. One thing is the qualifying period of two years ends 2 months before the start of the sale. So if people have never shopped at Aritzia and are ordering things now to qualify it likely won’t work.

ok i’m confused tho. my clientele sale starts tmrw and this is the first time i’ve gotten it, so they have everything on the website but not everything is marked off? does that mean it’s not on sale or i won’t find out the sale until tomorrow ?

Everything you see on the website is on sale! They tend to remove things off the website once the sale starts, so you wouldn't be able to search for it and find it. But since the first tier sale started on June 7, they already removed the items from the website, so everything you see right now will be on sale for you tomorrow!

Hi, just as an update....they do not disclose who is on the clientele - they never did. That's what I've just been told by the artizia concierge.

I asked once a long time ago and they told me I was “Silver” at the time! I’m not sure if they still do that, I think it depends on who you get as a concierge

I’ve heard from others this is what their SA sent them and that it starts on June 7! I don’t think they’ve sent emails yet, at least I haven’t gotten one yet. Last time I got a phone call from Aritzia a few days before the sale, but haven’t gotten a call yet either
