Over Labor Day we harvested our sweet potatoes. We grow a variety called Covington and they are ready to harvest a bit quicker than most other varieties. We had a nice harvest with a few unusual sweet potatoes. As always we had a lot of fun and enjoyed every minute of harvesting these beautiful sweet potatoes.
