📒 Shri Rudram or Rudra Puja is a set of mantras that are done to invoke and pay obeisance to the Shiva tattva (Shiva energy/ principle) in the cosmos. The pronunciation as well as the maatra kala, the timing, is very ideal for all to learn Sri Rudram. My Swamiji Jagadguru Channabasavaraja Deshikendra Shivacharya of Srishaila Nidumamidi Mutt used to chant similarly and also advised to learn similarly. Great contribution from Art of Living. Chanting Rudram is good for the individual, for family, for the locality, for the city, for the district, for the state, for the country and for the world.
