Everyday morning we wake up, but it is the all mighty who wakes you up and not because of our own strength. That means God bless you with one more day to live happily. So whenever possible spend a few minutes to pray to God as a thanks giving. If you cant chant Mantra on your own, listen to it with full concentration. Believe it or not, your life will become meaningful and depression will go away. There are many songs like this and select the ones which gives you better concentration. It is preferable to follow those like this with continues reciting. Some are filled with too much background music and it may be difficult to concentrate. So you have to go through many and select those which gives you maximum concentration. Just try, you will feel the difference.

I have been hearing since almost 3 years now. Tuesdays & Thursdays. Now daily.😊Amazing voice. This is very special for me. So very divine. Automatically visualisation happens. In childhood my Father used to teach many small shlokas. He used to tell the meaning. Since then it has become a habit. Feel so very protected. Similar to Skandha Sashti Kavacham & Karaavalambha sthothram. 🙏🙏I chant along. It calms the mind. I meditate with this Kavacham. Falling short of words.
