All said & agreed but if everything is true & correct, why the rule is governed by Taxi/Rental Union & not officially by govt authorities? How can someone justify beating motorcyclists & tourists & vandalizing outside vehicles? Rather than fighting with tourists, if an amicable solution is found, that will benefit both parties....I may get a lot of hatred for this view but what's true is true... P.S. Junaid Can you answer any of my questions? 1. Who are they to enforce the rules? Is it their Private Land? 2. Is offseason comes only for Bike rentals? 3. A person can borrow someone's bike with valid authorization. 4. What happens if all other sectors form unions and inflate prices? Is it acceptable? 5. Why don't they open shops in Manali or other regions. What's stopping them? All these things continue until one day when travelers are fed up with them and chose other places or big whales take away the whole business with the help of govt just like ola and uber took over the taxi.

Looking at this, I'm hoping the comment I made on the last video was not seen as hate. Nothing but respect and admiration for Junaid bhai especially not just as a rider but a terrific human being. Also a lot of respect for any person running a business in a short season and tough climate and would be happy to rent motorcycles as a customer or visitor to any place. What you say is true and we need to look at their point of view also but it still doesn't justify a union or group of civilians whether rental owners, restaurants, hotel owners, cab drivers (happens in Goa) or any small interest group harassing other people and imposing their rules on public and public places that belong to everyone in common. Nothing good can come out of that way of oppressive and forceful imposing of rules in any place where tourism is important. In the end, travel is an experience.

Off season mai gulf chale jao nd jab season ho den come back vaise bhi 4-5 month hi season hota haina so it wont be an issue if u really wanna earn for urself nd for family ...aur bhai jo gulf ja sakte den find job in other states..nd agar kisko ko sahi mai job karna hai by keeping ego aside den i can arrange jobs for few people of dis gundagardi gang..18k tak mile aise job i can arrange

Nope, I crashed into two jaywalkers when I was studying in Chennai. The bike was in my mums name. All of the cases regarding the insurance was in my mums name as she was the owner. I was mentioned in the fir based on which the bike owners my mum was held as first party.
