@@Kei_0001 You can do both, but I'm 99% sure in this case he's changing it. A lot of channels do that for different reasons. Sometimes it's for an A/B test. Sometimes it's because they think the first title didn't bring the expected engagement. Sometimes they just give the title a second look, decide they don't like it, and change it to something else.

I think there is youtube tooling where you can set multiple different titles that are shown to different people. Eventually the title settles to the one that does best. Should have been THAT STORM DOE though.

The fact that Speed understood that Paralyze was in a great position after that trade, but there was a tiny window to go on a kamikaze mission to the other side of the map, not even waiting to repair his tanks, completely turned the game on its head. That takes a serious killer instinct and such a map understanding, knowing that he can setup at that choke and force Paralyze to make a decision; take many bad trades to clean it up while he snipes Nexuses, or go for a base trade.

I didn't expect it to work so well. I expected a counter. The way he split up those teams so that one team had time to take the fall while the other team was cleaning up and going up the ramp was pretty great too. I for sure would have put all my eggs in a single basket but then that basket might have been smashed and blocked because the units would be pre-occupied staying alive rather than doing damage

Can we appreciate how Speed is the only Terran that consistently repairs all of his units and buildings, especially with pushes? His use of Turrets for area denial and 'Fortressing' his basses make the typical 'glass cannon' of Terran a much more robust and resilient race. He also consistently builds walls and spreads his forces. Way too many Terrans leave everything open as if they're Zerg. He has layers of defenses and his use of properly timed DMatrix' to turn a key battle is second only to Flash. Speed is by far my favorite Terran beside Flash to watch as he's always trying to 'outplay' rather than 'hit timings' with build orders. He's a sword fighter not a sniper. Real pleasure to watch the true value of Terran be shown from someone other than Flash. When he discovers the use of flying barracks and bunkers all matchups will change.

yeah I agree. In the middle, even Speed's detection was minimal. Arbiters would have made a big difference, including some recall attacks on the base at the bottom, or to help defend his own nexuses would have gone a long way. And definitely stasis, too

He also has pretty lousy defense for his bases. His attacks were actually pretty good, his engagements were better than a lot of protoss I've seen. However you need to have 5 cannons or so at auxiliary bases to deter vultures, which he literally never had, only 1-2 or so.

1:15 what i like to say about those 3 players is in a similar way to how we look at chess players, what kinds of positions they are most comfortable with: sharp wants an opportunity to destabilize his opponent to gain a winning advantage before they get their full midgame shape going (for example, in this matchup, before protoss is on 4-5 base, 8 gate, zealot speed, and arbiters or shuttle speed + storm), and he'd rather have 1 chance to do that that's really good than several that are much worse. light wants YOU to be all in. if light gets a position where "if i defend this, i win" he's going to be very comfortable with how to navigate that position. Rush wants to be putting on pressure WITHOUT being all in himself (vulture play, or light early factory pressure that he can back off of and continue the game if he feels that's what's called for.) because of this, as rush runs around with vultures during games, as he loves to do, if he does get damage that puts him significantly ahead, he nearly always converts that into a win. EDIT: wanted to add something fun about a player not mentioned: Royal, who has an interesting place in this: i think royal is most comfortable playing build order games with his opponent, creating unbalanced positions for an opportunity when he can claim: "you don't have enough, right now" He doesn't seem to be bothered by how he gets there; if he believes you don't keep terrans honest enough, he'll optomize heavily and outgrow you, and you won't have enough to hold off his big macro push; at the same time, if he thinks you're afraid of him doing that, he'll build a factory in your third. very interesting style royal has =P Thanks, RT~!

I feel like defending the mid expansion by positioning your siege wall behind it is actually a really strong move. It's easier and safer to get into this position and reinforce, but more importantly as enemies attack, the mid base is a huge damage sponge. Although there is a chance of losing the base, if you have other mining bases, losing the 400 minerals is more than made up for by how many more volleys of siege tank shells. SCVs and such will get get stormed and such, but with enough missile turrets and goliaths, having the Protoss use storms on your mineral line instead of your tanks and vultures means that your army will fair a lot better. I would even build a depot beside the CC.

Speed is just soooooooooo good! He was quite behind early but he just kept pushing out to claim his side of the map and kept sending vultures to harass. I think his cross-map suicide attack to break the 5th of Paralyze was decisive. I also think MTT (mine-tank-turret) is the key to Speed's style. Every single vulture should be using all of his mines so you can just clog up the entire map with mines. Turrets to stop drops and pick off observers. Really cool, strangling style!

What speed got going for him this game was the neglect of toss to clear mines nonstop and very rewarding vulture harasses. P army was always in two modes "attack" or "load shuttle & prepare". Almost no rotations, barely any defense goons etc. The probe damage this damage was utterly disgusting, while T barely suffered any SCVs - would love to see a count on it actually.

I feel like speed shuttle play is like the anti hive tech for late game. It just doesn't work against high level terrans. You need to win in mid game or do tons of damage with drops to give you an edge going into late game.

Good overall CARNAGE in this game. GG! 30+ minutes and no nukes?! DAMNIT!!! For a 30+ minutes game by high rank players, not fully expanding the tech tree is a crime against SC. Paralyze walked into mines too recklessly. Speed should have had a few wraiths on standby ready to take out shuttles.

Man, this was frustrating to watch, even towards the end, literally right when you said that Paralyze didn't have the economy to keep going, Speed had literally no income, minerals just trickling in 8 at a time. What he had though was an unbreakable center position and POTENTIAL bases. I know it doesn't feel good to transition to Carriers once you have like bizillion Gateways and multiple upgrades, but he was in the perfect position to do so. Shame, otherwise he played a great game into an unplayable position.

Sugar is no good, just lets bacteria grow faster. Salt wash is better. When I have a sore throat I will take a teaspoon or Redmond salt, sip some water, move it around in the mouth till the salt dissolves and take many small swallows. To make it even more salty I will typically mix it about 1:1 with potassium chloride salt.
