Man when I scouted a spot unless it was a spot that was so on top of any other spot with high visibility I wouldn't even think about it unless I could see at least one exit out while painting. Cutting a new hole in a fence, my favorite was cutting a big section out of a bush then use that to hide in if chased to either get back to work or get the hell out.

I was successful and remain out of cuffs because I rarely ever just caught a spot, I always tried to scope it out. Prep work made the stress level go way down, when you know what you're dealing with. Hell man we've even put up road blocks like dumpsters in the road to keep through traffic to walk up only.

In Germany a watery can of spraypaint from the hardware store costs 12-15€ and a can of belton which is waaaaaay better only costs 3-4€ 😂😂😂
