Claw litterly is one of NYs most known and the fact that she pivoted her claw into a clothing brand really opens the door for a clean cut way to go legit and not loose street cred.. that and showing that a chick has no prob getting up especially in NY where theres always been a strong female writer presence its slick she was able to have her graff mystic go public and not wide up being some kinda negative outcome... if done well i think females have a easier time blending in cuz of stereotypes working in there favor people are less likly to think a chick is out just bombing while a dude with a bag or backpack always looks semi sus Haha

I can recall back in the day I will see graffiti artists doing their thing and I would come up and be in amazing be inspired and having to chat with the artists and stuff like that but 100% of the times of the artist that I've met were like bad experience but they want to be known and want people to support their crafts but don't get me wrong there are some wonderful graffiti artform out there some of the greatest media of expression in the world especially way back in the day when it was fresh now it's in the stock exchange where it's being co-opted and it never been the same again,.. and my comment has nothing to do with anyone just from what I've seen throughout the years in this artform,.. peace
