What's a good tablet to pair with the Artrage software that lets you draw on the screen you're viewing? Least expensive (less than 10 inches), but still acceptable performance.

I just bought a Samsung tab7 and it's amazing. However. The screen is 11 inches but I prefer it that way. My bottom line suggestion would be to look into an Android based tablet if you're interested in Artrage. They just released ArtrageVitae for the Android and it's above the basic tablet version but slightly below the desktop version. I've read that Artrage for the iPad just isn't as powerful.

I'm sorry, I know this is 7 months later, but for anyone else curious..... I use a Huion Kamvas Pro which you paint right onto (pen-display). You can get them in different sizes and I know at least a few of them also have shortcut keys on the sides of the tablet and built-in stands. Mine has a built-in stand that can be changed from pretty flat to vertical (and everywhere in-between) and it also has 10 shortcut keys as well as a scrolling option. I honestly only use a few of the shortcut keys because I keep a keyboard close for a variety of shortcuts, but they're still really handy. I've had this one since 2018 and I'm still really happy with it. I haven't personally used this brand, but I know that a lot of artists like XP-Pen tablets as well and these can also come in pen-display. Hope this helps someone.

@@DanielIbanez Please do. Artrage is a great program and the vast majority of the digital tutorials showcase Adobe Photoshop. Creativity should not be restricted by available tools. Another perspective is needed. I look forward to it.

But no one wants a PRINT of an original artwork, digital art is great fun but it can never replace traditional art that's produced on canvas, paper or board with Oil paint or other painting mediums.
