Every problem in the world has its solution. You understand the problem. You find the solution and you work hard to solve it. This is the basic algorithm that Armenians don’t understand. Armenians love to act emotionally, not logically. Up until a few weeks ago, the number one problem in Armenia was Snoop Dogs concert! It’s as if Armenians have no sense of responsibility and they constantly look for scapegoats by blaming Russia, EU, China, India… My simple question is how many research labs are right now in Armenia busy testing different missile technologies? The answer is zero. How is it possible that a country under constant threat of genocide is so irresponsible when it comes to solving its problems. How is it possible a country engaged in a 3 decade war with two of its neighbors doesn’t have even one well established weapons manufacturing facility? Maybe Armenians will finally grow up and learn from their mistakes.

@@Xristos888 If a country has money to spend 6 million dollars on a Snoop Dog concert then they sure can afford a modern aerodynamics lab in a university. In Armenia, things like the National philharmonic orchestra or Ballet far enjoy more attention than universities. It’s a matter of priorities. If necessary, you can cut the budget from culture, art, TV and literary everything. Is participating in a circus like Eurovision that important? Nope! Do you need an expensive show every year to celebrate this and that national holiday? No! Do you have to spend 20 million dollars on purchasing a new building for your embassy in London? Nope, you can rent a small one somewhere in the outskirts of the city. If you really want it and if you really care, you can spend enough to get the results you want within a decade or two. And you don’t have to reinvent everything. This is where diplomacy comes into play to get some of the technology you need from friendly countries like France, Iran… that’s why I said it’s hard work. Read about Israel in 1960s and you will see how things are done.

The treaty even open the possibility for continued Russian presence to the future to prevent Azeri enroachment. But the constant Armenian tilt to the West and Azeri clever appeasement of Russia is what finally ruin that. Last, the decision to invite US troops for exercise further alienate not only Russia but also Iran. Baku smells those discontent and finally choose to swoop in.
