I would go as far as saying that the rebounding team even has advantage in that moment, if opposing team doesn't cover returning player well. Which happened here

I am so tired of watching Panarin put zero effort in to defense. It’s embarrassing at times, and this is one of those times. Vinny was also out there for two minutes (moving around more than Panarin does) and he was busting his ass back. The whole “not trying” charade is cool when he’s scoring.
