I notice everytime he hits the bag even in his other videos hes always more focused on tehcnique rather than blasting it. Dude is much more than a power puncher
@altairali6964 Жыл бұрын
People do say that he is only a power puncher but I watched videos of him in Russian and he actually focuses a lot on his footwork and head movement

I like how he keeps a tyre under the bag to stop himself from falling in too much to the punch. Now that's attention to details
@mabFullMoon Жыл бұрын
Lol the tyre is not for that

@@Sum_Ting_Wong It is to keep track of distance, most novices and even professionals tend to be hitting the bag very closely losing distance, and this can be counterproductive (if you are amateur or pro)

The best light heavyweight in the planet. Sucks there's no pressure on Bivol from old media to face this monster.

The way Artur trains, I’m sure he took the weekend off then was back in gym for light training on Monday. Which is what it takes to be an elite level fighter. I never understood why fighters take time off of training or only train during training camp it’s so dumb, just lower your work rate and do light training in between training camps, stay sharp and ready, there’s a lot of money on the line

@@jamesbaka1206 Most pros take breaks after a hard camp. They only human
@jamesbaka12062 жыл бұрын
@@MilkANDMagic yea I know but guys like Marciano, beterbiev, canelo, maybe only take a short break then do light training outside of training camp, it’s much easier to get to peak physical condition when you’re already in shape. Keep the blades sharp at all times. Plus you’ll be accruing more skill and experience if you consistently train as opposed to only doing 2-3 month training camps every time you have a fight
@MilkANDMagic2 жыл бұрын
@@jamesbaka1206 Well, no pro gets better in training camp. They all do training even outside camp but nothing crazy. I'm just saying that dont expectvthese guys to go straight back to training the week after a fight.

@@MilkANDMagic the very elite hungry ones do I reckon. I know for a fact canelo used to idk if he does anymore and I’m sure beterbiev does. I think I even heard his coach say he’d be back training the Monday after the fight. Also khamzat chimaev from the ufc was in the gym the Monday after the Gilbert burns fight. 5 fights into the ufc and he’s a top 5 contender. Why? Because of the work ethic and discipline. I’m not saying hard training, I’m saying very light training to keep in stride.

Which bag are you talking about? The one turning with a coach to hold it as it turns?
@funkrates47782 жыл бұрын
Beterbiev is working on staying in the pocket with that rotating bag. Anyway, Golovkin has one of the best jabs in boxing. Even Canelo struggled with that. And Billy Joe Saunders is a master boxer. He could have beat anyone the night he fought David.
