Arturia Beatstep Pro | UNBOXING, DEMO, and How to Setup in LOGIC PRO X

In this video I unbox the Arturia Beatstep Pro Step Sequencer and Midi Controller, which runs for about $260. The Beatstep Pro combines two fully independent melodic sequencers with up to 64 steps per sequence, and one drum sequencer that allows for 16 separate tracks of sequencing. I'll show you how to use the Beatstep Pro in Logic Pro X, as well as run a demo using some Logic Synths and Drum Machines.

hello, can you please do an updated video as Logic Pro removed the audio demix option and I'm not able to control each sequencer by itself, it triggers the notes of the other instruments, I wish you can give me a solution as I'm stuck

Hi Max. Can you record those long notes from Seq 2 on Beatstep? On Seq 1 you have short notes assigned 1-5-9-13 but how can assign a sequence of longer notes?

Any way you can make a new video for logic 10.7 and best step pro. Auto remix is gone. I’m still wondering how to sync the recording. So let’s say I do a sequence in neat step. Ow I’m ready to record into logic. But I have to hit play with one finger on bearstep pro and mouse the record button in logic at the same time They still won’t be exactly right. So I am then going into piano roll and editing the MIDI notes to get them in time. Lame. So I know I’m doing something wrong. Thank you. If you can help that would be great.

great video. I just ordered BSP but AS OF WRITING THIS I am on version 10.7.7 for Logic. according to some of the other comments they have removed the key feature you chose in audio settings
