Brilliant tune! Even you make great soundscapes and musical stuff, Meems’ vocals give the wonderful finished touch. You both rock!

Vital makes some great presets, plus a keyboard that makes some dry sounds, and Ableton live.

2:06 seeing you modulating the effects gave me an idea for using a Eurorack VCA to modulate a send to external effects. Thanks for the inspiration! 👍

Nice! I actually just assembled a Behringer System 100 setup last night. Love how eurorack changes your synthesis perspective 🙌

@@TeftyMeems Sweet! - Tim Shoebridge's sounds so smooth and creamy. I'm hoping Santa brings me a 110. It's effectively a minimalist all-in-one wind synth module (envelope not needed). I've built a modular sound engine for my Roland AE-30 based on a Behringer Neutron and Eurorack modules. The 110 should give me a different flavour for higher octaves if I can use key tracking. So many possibilities 😎

Can you get the Minifreak to send out external midi scale mode info to a external device ( ex.. another keyboard or sound module)
@TeftyMeems2 жыл бұрын
Honestly don’t know 🤔 Thanks for watching though ❤️

Nice you got yours hands on the minifreak do you like the keys 🎹 better then the micofreak . You and Meems killed the track nice 👍
@TeftyMeems2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Sonic! Yes, WAAAAYYY prefer the mini keys. The MicroFreak pcb keys are *interesting* but I always found myself accidently bumping the wrong notes. The MiniFreak is a proper 37 key controller at this point. The sound engine is missing the wavetables, but everything else you get (6 voices, 2 osc per voice, effects etc) more than makes up for it.

I see that you also have a Minilogue. I have a Minilogue XD, but I am also considering a Minifreak. Do you find that they overlap, or should I just go for it? Thanks!
@TeftyMeems Жыл бұрын
There's some overlap for sure, but the MiniFreak goes into different sonic territory pretty fast. The macro strips are great for nuanced expression as well. MiniFreak also has more potential for future updates. Although the Minilogue XD digital osc is fantastic as well! Both are great synths basically 🤣
