the TR-8 sound is very nice but is it possible insert externa patch or external vst like NI-vst (battery,kontackt,etc) using the spark engine or to play with external patch it is need produced with other DAw?

Needs software, but the unit comes with the software you'll need. Can use with a DAW as plugin or "standalone" with its own software.

TheMajorScale bro. I thought you could build a sequence with the SparkLE without syncing it to the software. I thought the software was just there to make it easier to tweak some things, plus allow you to import samples. You actually need it to work with this thing?

SgtSlavin Hypocriticalfollowers you know what slavin maybe onto something, but from all the research ive done and playing with it at guitar center i've never seen anything saying it was a standalone intstrument. I could be wrong but to answer hypocritical's question literally, i dont think sparkle even turns on without the usb plugin to a computer. but slavin, whether or not you have to open the prgram in order to play and make sequences ,idk

TheMajorScale bro. I did some research and it seems that you need to plug it into a computer, but you don't necessarily need the bundled software. You could use it as a MIDI controller for Ableton or whatever DAW you use.
