That is true. In a democratic system, the most effective way to ”make an impact” is simply to emigrate. I usually agree with Artur; or, at least, get, where he’s coming from; but this is a case, where I just have to ask: ”What have you been smoking, Artur?” 🤔🤯. Also, the ”one vote mattering” / ”one pixel showing” is *_ESPECIALLY_* untrue in a democratic system. In a dictatorship, one pixel changed from red to white *_DOES_* show, to the leadership; it actually sticks out like a sore thumb; and if you vote different, it *_DOES_* matter; to you; in that you get sent to a gulag.

Fried rice is not deep fried, my friend. I suppose you could, but it’s just the texture and how it’s prepared from person to person. I just got off work from the kitchen. We don’t have fried rice on our menu, but some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had was cooked on a flat top, or grill. Oil may be involved but usually butter instead. But definitely not in an actual fryer 🤔
@PC_Simo2 жыл бұрын
But do they use so much oil/butter that it completely covers the rice? Also, he was talking about, how they prepare it in Estonia; and, judging by your username, you’re not Estonian. Maybe American or British, or something; so, I doubt you would know, how it’s prepared in Estonia. 🤔

They are definetly. There's a clip of a BBC reporter who had the "privilege" to visit Kim Il Sung university and he decided to ask some questions to a student and to be fair the student had good English and talked with him but when the topic of nuclear weapons came up his teacher said "Sorry to interrupt you" and urged the student to walk away. That teacher likely saved that student from giving a bad answer to a question that would lead him to get arrested and re-educated. Terrifying place to live
