The first time I went was over 30 years ago. Before I had internet, so I didn’t do a lot of research. Wanted to see the Bastille, the spot where MA lost her head. 😮 Imagine my disappointment getting off the Metro, and looking around. Where is the prison?! Where is the chopping block?! Just a city street 🤣
