How to Draw a 3D Cake

This video starts with a guided drawing on how to draw a 3-dimensional cake, starting with a cylinder, and drawing a slice cut out of it.
We then color the cake with oil pastels in complementary colors, purple and yellow, blended with accent colors to make shadows and highlights.

Absolutely! I actually started teaching this lesson with colored pencil instead of oil pastel and it looks much better. Oil pastels can be very messy and hard to use!
