One question, I want to install Controller & use it's RADIUS feature to auth using certificate in one of our remote location locally. Is that a practical approach? I want to authenticate it locally rather than coming to Data center just for authentication.

LDAP lookups directly on the controller is a much less frequently used feature from my personal experience. Since these videos take a long time to make (I haven't had time to make one in months) I probably won't be able to do that specifically, so I would check out the documentation. If possible, create a RADIUS server on your AD or use FreeRADIUS on Linux. The best option, of course, is ClearPass.
