Kindly clarify my doubt, with respect to the 1st pattern recited @1:28 when a pattern is done for the 3rd time is it allowed to end with a karvai ?

@@divyasenasommanna481 Namaskaram!well mam I asked because in the first pattern (10,10,10) the last 10 sounded like(9+1 karvai) .So wanted to know if it could actually be used during the completion of a combination!
