I think the master SW bedroom has the toilet just behind the Pooja room .if by chance there is only one wall separating the Pooja room and toilet then this will have a disastrous effect on the lady of the house by causing severe health issues leading to major surgery .please check this point and do the needful 🙏🏼

First of all if you follow vasthu 💯 then one has to avoid internal toilets, as only the waste is getting dumped and sheded.

North facing main door is fine but the small door to the Indian toilet is north facing north west which is a very neecha Sthanum.toilet is okay but the door should be from inside . This door or opening will cause severe financial distress, loss everywhere and the family will drown in debt .please close that door and give an entrance to the toilet from inside or remove that toilet and attach that to the adjacent room .only then this house can be sold and the owner can come out of his troubles .
