Man I should have seen this video back then , I regret for casting my vote for such hate in 2014, this regret will stay forever

Buddy don't worry you are not alone, u cast vote for them, I, at a very young age (around 13/14 years old) overwhelmingly said "oh our BJP own the election, of course thats due to ATAL BIHARI BAJAPAYEE JU. but still 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️☹️
@JohnDoe-zj6xf2 жыл бұрын
What's the use of you being regretful, it's not the swing votes, it's the majority which has been indoctrinated to hate. It won't just go away. Radicalisation is permanent and it's here to stay in India.

I just completed 41 and I am very deeply realizing that "in India it is so much complicated that the longer I live here, the more confused I'm going to be" and die one day without accomplishing anything. Strangely, Arundhati is also 41 when she is saying it. Everything everything is so much screwed up here from education to politics to entertainment to family to dwelling... My original academic achievement documents are held up with an institution since 2005 and I'm writing and writing to people in the Parliament, to NAAC, to AICTE, to the University but all are like dead people sitting. This video is special to me because of Arundhati's narration about the girl's fear and perception and thereafter the learning, who is unprotected by a nuclear family. Salutes to your spirit to survive.

Yes, on top of what you said, I do believe there are also some strange social problems in India even in the 21st century. The Dalits are still being vehemently discriminated and God knows how many women are actually *raped* everyday over there? I really don't wanna know because I might just have a mental breakdown .. Many people *if not all*, including many of the govt. officials and politicians do not have any *civic sense* at all! I still don't understand why the Indian govt. doesn't want to extend a peaceful hand to the Maoists to discuss their needs and demands? Sit down and reason out the differences in a hope to put a final end to the very long conflict. Has that ever happened? Don't the Tribal people of India deserve the utmost respect because they are also connected to India and have roots going for thousands of years? It is high time that the Indian govt. does something *constructive* in handling the Maoist situation. Though I left India a looong time ago the human rights abuses, corruption and violent rapes are certainly getting the attention of the western world.

Heavy insights by our beloved Brother Zinn about the U.S. middle class and our actually being in a class society. I love her closing comments. Extract: To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance... To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget. ~ @Peta_de_Aztlan

This is june 2024, and i have voted for bjp since 2014 to 2022, And i can confirm that each of the word she says, each of her worries, and assumptions about our country is 110% correct. Poison is in veins of our people as they are now bluntly voting for RSS not just BJP. She is a gem. People of RSS and BJP put UAPA on a person like her for a comment made 14 years back on Kashmir in 2010 in UPA's government when the situations were completely different and still are not very good as there are 3 terrorist attack in kashmir in last 1 month. She should be honoured but It's shameful and ridiculous for us Indians that the mind like her is faced by hate. People like her born in a century. She must be celebrated by people of our country not jailed. There are resons why a lot of Indians give up citizenship in India and leave for another democracy for good life. Ese kese bnega re viswguru... From Mother of democracy to motherhucker of democracy.. India is pleading inside. 🇮🇳

I used to be big fan of aArundhati but then i realised that she has a very unidirectional way of thinking ......I mean she is right or may be right but she do not understand the views which is not hers....thats create problem as she keeps on collecting only those things in societies which are evil or she finds evils without any scope for new things to come in. After all she is a reformer in real sense as she criticizes the practices of the same society in which she was born and that what reformers do .
