Few months back One of my friend had similar experience.. we stay in Bangalore and my friend was expecting a parcel from his mom through bluedart.. But days has passed and he didn't recevied any parcel from blue-dart... Then he searched for near by blue-dart office contact details from Google and he contacted them through mobile and he has given all the details like from , to adress and tracking ID as well .. Then that courier person was like he can't share the courier status as that was confidential.. then after some discussion that person is ready to share the courier status with some 10 rupees nominal charge.. then my friend asked them to share his Paytm number.. Then the courier guy responded like this amount should directly go to blue-dart and that person said they will be sending a link through text message and that link will redirect to Google pay and then we can pay 10/-Rs through that link.. My friend got the link through text message and opened it and he can see the interface which was almost similar to the Google pay.. then he trusted it and he has sent 10/-rs After sending 10/-rs immediately in 3-4minutes 10000/- got deducted from the same account.. Then my frnd has changed his upi pin and then tried calling that courier person and he has replied back as fake blue-dart and asked us to forget about that 10000/-. And the twist is that the 10000/- was deducted from my friends Andhra bank account and his mother is an Andhra bank employee. Till now she was unable to trace those people and get the amount back. Imagine what if that issue happens to the normal people.. be careful while doing upi transactions. Hope this will be helpful to someone .. and I would request everyone to educate your parents and elders at home about these frauds.
