I used to work in the music recording industry. My colleagues were very dismissive of my liking for Part's music, then suddenly it became enormously popular. They went suspiciously quiet after that.

@@DrKeithScottMumby I wasn't intending to criticise your preferences. I was just making the point that people were very sniffy about his music at first and are now scrambling to include it in their programming. I found it quite hard to get into when I first heard it, but, even then, it seemed immeasurably better than much of the 'contemporary' stuff I've had the misfortune to record.
