I love your videos because not only is your dancing amazing, you always introduce me to great music I haven't heard. I first got into couple of my favorite songs because you danced to them.

Dude, you're an inspiration! I have been following you since your Catgroove days (since 2011 when I first shared your video in Facebook, and probably one of the first channels I subscribed to). I wish you from the bottom of my heart, to grow and get better and better every day and achieve/full-fill all your dreams and aspirations. Just a small request, bring the carpet back and dance more on Parov Stelar's songs!

Very nice to see you dance again. I've actually been going out to a club some weekends to try dancing some and it's done wonders for my ability to enjoy different kinds of music and get some exercise. I can dance about 1/100th as well as you can but maybe if I keep trying I can be 1/10th as good eventually. Keep up the great work! I think you are an inspiration to many people.

You are my idol. Like, really! Sometime I am dancing in my room while watching one of your videos. Like that, I got the feeling that I'm not alone c: I hope that one day I'll be good like you!

I’ve been following you for years and haven’t seen any of your videos in a very long time. You suddenly popped up today and I remembered why I subscribed. I’ve never been big on watching dance videos (oddly since I love dancing myself) but you just have this crazy intriguing way about you that captures my attention.

this video helped me through a rough time, watched it like 100 times in a week 2-3 years ago, I felt your movements, I fell in love with the singer. thanks for that bro.

I like this - the song is soothing, as is your dancing :-) Lately your videos appear - like magic - just as I'm switching off after a frazzled day, and I could really do with some childhood dreams, so thankyou 🌜

Probably because I've been watching Ogg, YT recommended Flight of the Conchords - Hurt Feelings. Hadn't seen it but I am crying - SO funny.....'they forgot about me'..... your interpretation just made it funnier! Commenting here though as it kind of relates - don't doubt whether things are worth watching, you have an amazing innate ability to entertain - thanks for making me giggle all day 😂

TakeSomeCrime uses 3 different personas that adhere to different styles of dancing and different genres of music. Forsythe is the "gentleman" persona as he dresses up in suits (usually) and dances to electro swing or any kind of music with a jazzy soundtrack. This is his most popular one. Guile is the "acrobatic" one as he primarily dances to techno music that require a lot of flexibility and insane movements. Then there is Ogg who is a mix of both Forsythe and Guile. He's the "freelance" one as he dances to pretty much anything and does what he feels is right. I'd also say he's the weird one too because there are a lot of dances he does that are... unique. But he's my favorite one. :)
@marnie40667 жыл бұрын
Bronson I love your descriptions - spot on. I imagine Forsythe as a charmer - nights out on the town, partying into the small hours! Ogg's great too, heartfelt - though do feel for him at times - in his occasional moments of 'angst' :-/ And Guile.... why do I see him as a real techie type - someone who'd fix your computer...what's that all about ?! But all spellbinding! =^..^=

That's really nice, you have talent and your taste to choose music is very good, but when I look at your movements, it makes me feel like you are not very confident in what you're doing. I think you can do better and let express yourself more with more confident and "free" movements. But it's just my point of view, you still doa great job and I wish you will continue like that ! P.S.: Sorry for my bad english, I'm French so apologize ^^"
@takeSomeCrime7 жыл бұрын
It's true, I'm not confident, not really... never was. But I've decided long ago that if I need confidence before I move, I will never move at all. I DO try to improve all the time... confidence comes slowly, but only after a lot of practice. What I show on this channel, is not a result of confidence, but the process of reaching it. I constantly try to convince myself that -- that, in itself, is worth watching... But also, in the meantime, I'm sharing music that I like... the topshelf fancy. Maybe the music is worth it, regardless of an apparent incompetence in the dance. Take care. ^_^

TSC with the heartfelt comment. :')
@marnie40667 жыл бұрын
TSC - please convince yourself :-) I'd find the perfect dance and a flawless backdrop completely boring - what about the white socks, the grass, the fruit, the gym ball, the odd smile, the mistakes, the silly jokes, the funny comments on here and the fantastic places you take us to - your dance and music choice are a product of all that. By letting us be part of it - it's a privilege. There's thousands of channels which are 'perfect' in some way.....zzzzzzzz.... but they're not that interesting - most of us identify with imperfections and ....simple humanity. In that way, and I think without you realising?, you give so much confidence to others to go ahead, pursue whatever they want from life. Sorry - my ability to be concise is as always imperfect...
