We have full evidences for proto indo europeans. The guy is not a linguist and doesn't understand linguistics. The word for tea is a loan word. Proto indo european model is not based on loanwords. There are regular sound correspondences regulated by sound law which work in accordance with second law of thermodynamics

Vedic aryans were fish eating Brahmins who developed Indian civilization they were part of saraswati civilization who moved to bengal and konkan and now called saraswats who still eat fish

@shrirambg6969 there are many contradicting statutes in Hindu scripture. The manusmriti has clauses that talk about how meat eating is bad. Then it has elaborate meat offerings to ancestors' sake in various ways.
