I was able to figure out the first technique wont work in every case so we need more optimization but couldnt figure out that equaliziing all values would help anyways i was in correct direction :)

You just said that it's ceil of the division and that it's nums[i] / parts. And repeated it 100 times. The main question - why is it so? What the logic behind and can you provide some more clear examples? From the video it's very hard to get it from.

your style is sometimes too deep to even understand , you should try to make your videos to the point or at least near the point . you explain the problem sometimes like you are explaining it to a professor ,but we are students and leetcode hard problems have difficult intitution and even harder to code sometime ...
