Same thing happened to me with an SUV in a very remote area, I literally shoveled for continuous 1.5 hrs all around and that actually worked to get me some traction. You should carry one too.. it might be helpful. PS- its also a good workout

even i would try to shovel the snow but it just didn't make sense here -3 degrees,blizzard like situation plus deep snow from all 4 sides,it's wasn't practical Waiting on the bed for 30-40 minutes was the right thing to do,plus it was free of cost
