Ingredients:
1. Milk - 1½ ltr
2. Vinegar - 2 tsp (as required to prepare the chhena)
3. Sugar - 1 cup (for making thin sugar syrup)
4. Sugar - 2 tbsp (add as required) for making the kheer
5. Sliced pistachio - (8-10 nos)
6. Green cardamom powder - 1 tsp (5-6 nos)
7. Saffron (kesar) - (10-12)
