Sar-e-Rah is an exceptionally well-written drama, which discusses the stories that are scattered all around us but unfortunately we tend to shy away from shedding some light over them.
Sar-e-Rah will share the stories of women who are the victim of child marriages, girls who are being suffocated solely because of their gender, daughters who are unable to help their fathers as their honor will be at “stake” and a intersex who is being humiliated for his identity.

Saba Qamar is phenomenal. Someone commented she isn’t an actor anymore, she is a living legend now. The way she is portrayed in her serials, I feel she is really that head strong, confident personality. Another epic drama of Saba Q! I mean how casually and effortlessly relatable to 90% public generally. I couldn't stop crying probably it was a reflection of my life. Saba is such a definition of a woman, she is gentle yet fierce, she is delicate yet strong. It's always a delight to see her. Love the storyline, woman is lovable for certain type of men, only when she is weak, dependent or seek protection. If she can take care of herself they just don't know what else do with themselves, how to be themselves apart from being a provider. Nobody teaches them that they need to be a companion first.

What an EXCELLENT first episode!! I tuned in because of the great female cast, but realize that the direction, seasoned cast & acting, are only the beginning of this production. A well written script that empowers women is SO refreshing to see! Pakistan desperately needs shows that empower women, so that they can step up and take over where the men failed, & change all the backwardness, one forward step at a time! I just loved the part where the passenger goes & sits in the back & then gives her some fatherly advice! It reminded me of the goodness that is always there somewhere when Angels are present. Muslim men are not accustomed to women challenging the basic norms of a male dominated society, otherwise they would not dare abuse or dominate as they do. It's about time the women of Pakistan challenged the norms & taught them to respect the worthiness of women - Women's Rights Zindaabaad!! "A woman is like a tea bag. You never know how strong it is until it's in hot water" - Eleanor Roosevelt, USA. Muslim women everywhere, particularly in Pakistan: do NOT allow a male dominated society to hold you back. The entire world was male dominated, until women fought for equal rights. Today there are women all over the world that are proving to be not only equal but superior to men in many ways. This show is only an example of one woman who refused to conform, but in real life there are many such - in Pakistan too!! You have no idea how insanely happy I am after seeing this episode. She was in another drama called “cheekh” where she portrayed a powerful role too and because of how much I loved her, she made me watch that drama at least 3 times. Strong roles suit her so damn well and this is the second powerful role of hers that I am watching and I love it. I love her. She’s so talented. I watch Pakistani dramas to keep improving my Hindustani (Urdu/Hindi) language... I'm so glad to see drama with progressive stories... I wish many writers to create stories that will change the backward mindset and actors to reject roles that promote backward mindsets. I am from Tamilnadu. I have seen women driving 2 wheelers from the 1990s. I see many women driving autos for the last 10 years or more. It is absolutely okay for females to do any decent jobs. I support this kind of feminism which uplifts women.

It's a game changer.After a long time I'll watch without skipping, no doubt at all. Courageous women like Rania change Pakistan & India little by little. Shabbash Rania! People like Rania's first passenger are the gem of our societies. She said "pehle taana marne wale logon ko bolo ghee ka dabba daal kar dein, phir bolein." Zindagi ka nichod hai yeh baat, log tamashbeen hein, tamasha hi karenge, 0% honsla afzai 100% neecha dikhayenge. Ghar ki kitchen koi bahar se nahi chalane k liye aayega. Rania jeise himmat wale mehnati log badalte hein zindagiyan. 33:01 , 35:51 courageous lady, 37:48 same here! khoon k rishte aaj ki date mein sirf khoon choosne k liye hote hein. rishteydariyan are 100% fake, no one will come to your rescue but God. 41:07 I love how she's enjoying her ' me time ' with a cup of chai shai :D 47:08 beautiful! What’s a treat. The powerful and refreshing play started with a bang with the first episode. Incredibly paced, amazing storytelling and writing, passionately delivered and put together tightly. All in all, i have not seen something of this class in a while. Did i forget to mention that the largest lesson for the entire world lies in our faces with respect to not prioritizing our daughters education and growth? And last but not the least @sabaqamarzaman owns the entire space around herself. What a charismatic, kind, thoughtful, and confident woman being played by Saba.
