I have a very important question that I need to discuss with you. My question is this: when it comes to witnesses from the bride's side, usually stand her parents, her adult brothers, two sisters, paternal uncles, maternal uncles, etc.? However, after marriage, if the bride intentionally or unintentionally seen creat or generates any trouble or drama in-laws and the witnesses from the bride's side, whether her parents, adult brothers, two sisters, paternal uncles, or maternal uncles, help resolve the issue during such problems, there is definitely a 100 percent chance that she understands the matter. But my actual question for "groom's witness" because the responsibility of the groom is not on anyone's head, as he is independent and earns for himself, and when his mind is disturbed, he doesn't listen to anyone. So, the witnesses from the groom's side, like his father if alive and often brothers, are there, but considering the current circumstances, where fathers do not often take responsibility for their children due to prevailing situations, most of the time, witnesses are chosen from outside the family. According to Shariah, in accordance with the current state of affairs, is it necessary for there to be valid witnesses from the groom's side? What if there is no one to explain when his mind is disturbed and he doesn't listen to anyone? Besides this, if there is no significant head, is it necessary to take testimony from someone respected in the community, according to Shariah, because our society is deteriorating due to these small mistakes? Due to these small mistakes, our society has many divorces of our sisters and daughters, and they are becoming widows, spending the rest of their lives in their parents' homes. I'm asking this question about the issue just because, for the first time in my life, I am doing my younger cousin's testimony next month, and I have also mentioned this to my friends, and they are making fun of me. I felt good that I pushed them towards a good topic, and I am thankful to Allah that all my sisters are happy and content because our elders have established a system where everyone has a role and understands their responsibilities. میرا ایک بہت اہم سوال ہے جس پر مجھے آپ سے بات کرنی ہے۔ میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ جب دلہن کی طرف سے گواہوں کی بات آتی ہے تو عام طور پر اس کے والدین، اس کے بالغ بھائی، دو بہنیں، پھوپھی، ماموں وغیرہ کھڑے ہوتے ہیں؟ تاہم، شادی کے بعد، اگر دلہن نے جان بوجھ کر یا غیر ارادی طور پر کوئی پریشانی یا ڈرامہ پیدا کیا یا دلہن کے سسرال والوں اور دلہن کی طرف سے گواہوں، چاہے اس کے والدین، بالغ بھائی، دو بہنیں، پھوپھی، یا ماموں، اس مسئلے کو حل کرنے میں مدد کریں۔ اس طرح کے مسائل کے دوران مسئلہ، یقینی طور پر اس بات کا 100 فیصد امکان ہے کہ وہ اس معاملے کو سمجھتی ہے۔ لیکن میرا اصل سوال "دولہے کی گواہی" سے ہے کیونکہ دولہا کی ذمہ داری کسی کے سر نہیں ہے، کیونکہ وہ خود مختار ہے اور اپنے لیے کماتا ہے، اور جب اس کا دماغ خراب ہوتا ہے تو وہ کسی کی نہیں سنتا۔ یوں تو دولہے کی طرف سے گواہ، جیسے کہ اس کا باپ زندہ ہے اور اکثر بھائی، موجود ہیں، لیکن موجودہ حالات کو دیکھتے ہوئے جہاں باپ اکثر حالات کی وجہ سے اپنے بچوں کی ذمہ داری نہیں لیتے، اکثر گواہوں کا انتخاب کیا جاتا ہے۔ خاندان کے باہر سے. شریعت کی رو سے، موجودہ حالات کے مطابق، کیا دولہے کی طرف سے صحیح گواہوں کا ہونا ضروری ہے؟ جب اس کا دماغ پریشان ہو اور وہ کسی کی نہ سنتا ہو تو اسے سمجھانے والا کوئی نہ ہو؟ اس کے علاوہ اگر کوئی قابل ذکر سربراہ نہ ہو تو کیا شریعت کے مطابق معاشرے کے معزز شخص سے گواہی لینا ضروری ہے، کیونکہ ان چھوٹی چھوٹی غلطیوں کی وجہ سے ہمارا معاشرہ بگڑ رہا ہے؟ ان چھوٹی چھوٹی غلطیوں کی وجہ سے ہمارے معاشرے میں ہماری بہنوں اور بیٹیوں کی کئی طلاقیں ہو چکی ہیں اور وہ بیوہ ہو کر باقی زندگی اپنے والدین کے گھروں میں گزار رہی ہیں۔ میں یہ سوال اس مسئلے کے بارے میں صرف اس لیے پوچھ رہا ہوں کہ، زندگی میں پہلی بار، میں اگلے ماہ اپنے چھوٹے کزن کی گواہی دے رہا ہوں، اور میں نے اپنے دوستوں سے بھی اس کا ذکر کیا ہے، اور وہ میرا مذاق اڑا رہے ہیں۔ مجھے اچھا لگا کہ میں نے انہیں ایک اچھے موضوع کی طرف دھکیل دیا، اور میں اللہ کا شکر ادا کرتا ہوں کہ میری تمام بہنیں خوش اور مطمئن ہیں کیونکہ ہمارے بزرگوں نے ایک ایسا نظام قائم کیا ہے جہاں ہر ایک کا کردار ہے اور وہ اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو سمجھتے ہیں۔
