Ma'am In illustration 2 whether the amounts are given in crores or lakhs As per the question it mentions ₹ 200 crores but if you multiply it with 20% or 30 % it should be either 40 crores or 60 crores but the answer mentioned in the book is in lakhs Kindly explain

Read the explanation given in the solution brother.. Income and expenses are recognised when they are earned and incurred respectively. In this question, costs are incurred uniformly throughout the years. So not recognised
