Sir I want to know whether is there any difference between approval of fs by chairmen for submision to auditor for audit. And Approval by board to fs before placing at agm. And when audit is commence 1)- from 31/3/20** 2)- when chairman approve them after adjustment of as 4 And what is the date till the auditor should consider for the purpose of adjustment or disclosure as required by as 4. Please reply 🙏
