You re right if OBI can form a new political party, and that is my thought too. But I am beginning to look inward the possibilities of the new party before 2027. Can The structure, awareness and other unforseen circumstances to win the 2027 election be achieve? The new party may not achieve or got 50% of the factors to win the election. But the chances that LP will win with 90 to 95% is certain. I guess That is why OBI and other patiently remains in LP and wait to look for legal loophole to take control of the party. Which I believe that is wat is playing out now.

Somebody signed the presidential and gubernatorial candidates' forms as chairman. You recognise their positions. The tenure of the chairman who signed their forms expired in June 2024. Can an expired chairmanship position call an NEC or stakeholders meeting? LP constitution recognises the highest elected officeholder in the general election as the leader, and Gov. Otto happened to be the leader and was suitable to have called for the meeting in Umuahia in the absence of NWC, whose tenure expired in June. The NWC meeting in Umuahia set up a TCC to organise congress from the ward to the national convention to elect executives for LP at different levels. Calistus Okafor is talking arrant nonsense. He was fighting Abure; now he wants to join him and Apapa/Arabanbi in fighting the TCC. Okafor, Abure, Apapa, and Arabanbi are in this for their own pockets.
