The main ingredients are Onion, Tomato, Spices and of course Eggs!
Preparation:
Let's start by boiling few eggs. Add 2 tablespoon coconut oil to a pan. Add few fennel seeds and cinnamon sticks. Take 2 medium sized onions. Chop them finely and then add into the pan. Add salt to caramelize onion faster. Cook until onions turn golden brown. Slice 3 fresh tomatoes. Add the sliced tomatoes in a blender. Blend at high speed until fully pureed. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add all the masala powders and cook in low flame. Add half cup of water and mix well. Cook for 7 - 8 minutes. Peel the shell of the boiled eggs. Add the sliced boiled eggs. Chop some fresh coriander leaves. Add the finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with hot & soft layered parottas.
