As Many As Cards Birthday Salutations All the Birthday cards you’ll need this year!

Happy Birthday! As Many As style!!!
We all need birthday cards throughout the whole year, so why not make them all in one fell swoop!
Today Maymay teaches us the As Many As technique! She shows us how to take a paper collection and make over 90 birthday greeting cards and some tags!
Once you learn this technique you can apply it to any paper collection...so gather up those supplies and let's create!!!
~~Measurements~~
Postcards:
12 bases cut to 4" x 6" and stamped with the Postcard Builder Stamp Set ( see video) You will need to cut down the cut aparts to 3 3/4" x 5 3/4" ( see the video)
4x4 Focal Point: Inspiration post bit.ly/34yp3VX
28 card base that measure A2 at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and score at 7 1/4" so that you have a 1 1/4" section on the left hand side of card base ( see the video)
28 strips cut to 1" x 5 1/4"
28 inside mats cut to 4" x 5 1/4"
28 white sentiment mats cut to 2 3/4" x 5 1/4"
Gatefold Cards
18 bases cut to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" score at 2 1/8" and 6 3/8"
36 strips cut to 2" x 5 1/4"

This is such a great way to make a bunch of birthday cards production line style. Love the cards. I send out a lot of birthday cards to church members. Ones going to family and personal friends are usually individually made geared to their likes and interests but these would be great for everything else.

Wow! 58 cards done. That’s a lot. Is this meant for one person to send out or are you sharing with others? I don’t think I know 58 people’s birthday. But if a crafter makes birthday cards for a nursing home, church, or school this is a fabulous idea. Now that I think about it, this is also a great idea if you have a lot of a particular card making supply you want to use up. All of the long time paper crafters I know go through phases. Like me, I have been crafting since the 1990s, so I’ve had a stamping phase, a scrapbooking phase, card making, etc. These days I’m more in to art journaling & mixed media. But I have all kinds of leftover bits from earlier phases. I could use the same planning idea to use up the supplies I cannot seem to part with and then donate the cards I make. Took me lots and lots of years to learn to temper my enthusiasm so I stopped over buying supplies.

I love them all! 💗 I like your idea of sending a post card to acquaintances! The other 2 types of cards will make great anytime cards. I send thank you cards to schools who do a food drive for our Food Pantry. I like to send different cards so they don't get the same card every year. My job is to communicate and pick up food drives when they're done and deliver it to the Pantry and help unload it. Then I send a thank you card. 😊 I can't wait to see your other 3 types of cards! Love this video. I have the paper pack, 12 x 12 and 6x6 do I am ready to go. However, I think I have watched all your as many as videos. I keep a card sketch book and make a card sketch for each of the cards you make. Later, I can look at my card sketches for ideas for other paper packs.

I think the red and blue back in the day signified the envelope was from overseas or air mail, for easier sorting. I could be wrong. I just remember hearing that when I was little. Do they still have those? Always loved those envelopes.. Never got one.. hehe

The postcard stamp is really cute. Only thing is where you stamped the red and blue is usually where the post office stamps it’s postage barcode so it might disappear and get covered up once it go through the mail.

Last year I cut cut out all the cut aparts from my paper pads and was wondering how I wanted to use them. Since this year I'm trying to use up a lot of my paper (so I can buy new) this will work out perfectly. I have 7 paper pads waiting to be used. When I make a gate fold I lightly mark the middle then fold in one side then the other. For some reason when I score they are never even. One side is always bigger. LOL
