Hi Madam This looks yummy. One small suggestion which is my mom's recipe. Try once by steaming vada batter. Mash steamed ones and add to the curry. In curry add a pinch of garam masala. This will become an addiction which goes well with idli as well. Thanks Sai

Hi Madhu గారు, almost ilantide north India లో చేస్తారు. దాన్ని vadi అంటారు. But fresh గా deep fry చేయకుండా vadi ని sun dry చేసి vadiyalu లాగా store చేసి pettukuntaru. కూరకు యెప్పుడు కావాలో అప్పుడు fry చేసుకుని వేస్తారు.

set dosa is 3 dosas as i know in karnataka , if u ask fr set dosa they give 3 dosas in the hotel 😍❤️😘It is not only called set dosa in karnataka because they are served as a set of three. But this name was also stamped to it because it is served with the saagu and the coconut chutney. Although the size of the set dosa seems to be small, at the end of the second dosa itself everyone would feel it to be an ample some.

Previously you taughted how to do minapa garelu with hand but I not tryed yet. But surely I will try it later. Now I will do this set dosa and vada curry. Previously I stayed at hostel at Hyderabad there also tiffens are awesome by North Indian cook. I loved the food at hyd. Chennai our relatives are there . Grandma done utapam and coconut milk Chatney. It’s so awesome. Chennai tiffens are awesome and the traditions also very good. They used to put dinner or lunch on banana leaves for marriages. Decoration and every thing is good at Chennai. Ummmm Madhu garu and Siva garu I am also tempted by seeing this set dosa and vada curry receipe . I will try it.
