Assalamualaikum vaia, can you share more details on the requirement of rtp masters scholarship? Actually, I am an undergraduate student of KUET, currently in my final year. I am doing my research and it is highly likely that I am going to publish at least 2 research papers when I will complete my undergrad degree. No you can't get into PhD without PG level qualification. This is possible only if you have completed a 4 year's Bachelor with a significant research/internship course at the end and also have professional research experience.

Is it common in australia to finish PhD in 4 years? Whereas I've heard in others countries it is always more than 5 years , sometimes it is 6-7

It depends on many things but generally PhD students can finish within 4 years in Australia. I completed in 5 years as I did it part time.

I don’t think you can apply to PhD directly. The course standard from Bangladeshi universities aren’t at that level to give a direct pathway to PhD. You need a postgraduate degree before getting admission to PhD.

Greetings Sir, Sir i will hopefully finish my graduation by June 2026. Sir Do you think it is better to apply immediately for Research based or Course based Masters abroad.? Sir I'm planning to apply for course based Masters in Europe immediately after graduation. Sir Do you advice to aim studying in Australia for PHD and research level later after finishing Masters from abroad possibly in Europe? Your feedback advice will be helpful for me. Regards.

Thanks for your question. I recommend complete Ing masters degree, get some research experience like publication and then apply for this scholarship. However, if you have plans to go to Europe to complete masters degree then that could be a good pathway leading to Phd in Australia. wish you all the best.
